hope so. I think our OL did an excellent job overall in pass blocking last year. I also thought they were not consistant run blocking.
and that is exactly what I observed in the spring game.
I also think they are a bit handicapped this year with the expected emphasis on the run game which will cause most defenses to stack the box until we prove we can pass the ball. hell, when you lose a senior qb and the 2 wideouts we had what DC would do otherwise?

Hope so. With a new RG and a LG who needs to get better or be replaced we need improvement.

Improve pass blocking, and I'm sold. I've seen JFF's dominant line contain rushers while he ran around in the backfield for 3 hours to throw one pass. If we can get anything similar to that, I think we'll be just fine.

I hope they improve in run blocking as well, but I believe that Grimes will be much better in teaching technique than his predecessor.
Obviously, it helps that four of the five starters on the OL return this fall, esp. Collins.
