At least the wrong guy didn't suffer and went quickly. His family should be happy.

He had to be doing something wrong. If you remember we are reminded constantly if you do nothing wrong, the police will never harm you.

yeah, thought the same thing ... they subdued the guy 'tearing at the victim's face', but shoot the guy 'lunging at the back' of another ...
