This guy can't be serious. No fricking way. I'm gonna start doing my own medical work on my family so I can save a few bucks like this guy.

I think the most realistic answer is, as someone stated, to go find a "prepper" and partner up with him and/or her.

You are a doctor, so they will gladly welcome you. Provide them with the medical tools you need and store them in their shelter. It gives everyone skin in the game.

Financially, if the US collapses, then literally no form of investment or currency is safe. So, let's just hope that doesn't happen.

Sounds like you need a bunch of land, guns, and an off the grid house.

You can always buy a bunch of steel shipping containers and make a castle for protection if needed.
