My youngest ate about half a dozen off the grill one night at the duck club on a dare. Won 10 bucks and liked 'em.

I would assume any good recipe would call for washing off the chicken shite first.

I was going to try until it was actually on my plate in front of me...I couldnt get past the fact it had little chicken calluses on its feet...couldnt do it

Cut the talons off and clean well. Then boil them for a couple hours on low boil in seasoned water or stock. Then season and fry for a couple minutes with or without batter. Then get to chewing. They are gelatinous and chewy as well as crispy from the frying. Spit the bones out like sunflower seeds.
Toss in a sauce after frying too like any type wing sauce. Good stuff.
