I'm no expert but my guess is that Juan and Jesus are much cheaper.
Refereeing is solid for someone looking for something to do for a year or two, I did BREC softball while in school. No experience required, they'll train you.
If you want to do something you enjoy that might have more of a future though there are other options. I found that I enjoyed computer programming, paid my way through grad school with side jobs, and now it's a big part of what I do for a living. My degree wound up being largely useless.
