Serious question... How do you punish a school's program without punishing guys who had nothing to do with the reason they were ban?
The UConn basketball program deserved to be punished in some way especially because they had the same problem for at least 3 seasons. Also, it isn't like UConn is the only program in the nation that was ban for this same reason.

In this case, you punish the coaches, not the players.
