I use square.
It's 2.75 with really no fees. If you hand key the number he rate goes up, but that is pretty standard. There is no live tech support. I use it in-store with my business but have heard no complaints about their mobile service. I plan on using it for deliveries and off site sales by years end too.
Everything you swipe before 5 pm is in your account the next morning. I've never had any problems with my deposits.

I use square also and they will negotiate if you're doing more business. I've been quite pleased and most of the food trucks in the DC area use it too.
