all these new apartment complexes and all are giving students other options, landlords are going section 8 with the old ones and making bank



pretty soon the whole area between Tiger Land and Burbank will loook the same

What's crazy to me is, given the location, there is NO WAY that should be the best economic use of those properties. No way.

And because people put expiration dates on property in general, so rather than fixing them up and maintaining them, they milk them and dispose of them so they can build new property, and what becomes of the old property, they never concern themselves with, and so we constantly move further and further out to avoid what we did when we abandoned it.

Oh, so terribly shocked, so terribly amazed.
