Undergrad was fun, (not so subtle brag incoming) but when you're maintaining a perfect 4.0 in grad school, it's time consuming and you don't have much time for socializing.

When I say college, I did not mean to include grad programs(MBA, Law school, etc) I lump those in with "work"

In our program, that's the easy part. The profs don't want you to do poorly and lose your scholarship (with a few exceptions). Research, on the other hand, is two steps forward, 1.75 steps back at best.
