Totally agree with audio books and podcasts. All free (and legal). No Agenda, Backstory, Freakonimics, Moth, TAL, Radiolab, etc.

Related: I don't watch TV any more -- don't have cable. Select series online and occasional movies.

Stopped getting haircuts or shaving face close (the latter is old habit). No. 1 guard all around.

Cold-brewed green tea all day long. 3 Kirkland bags make two days worth of tea -- just keep refilling a big tervis w water.

Coconut oil. So many daily uses (nofap lol)

Raw almonds all day every day.

Writing on yellow legal pads instead of laptop. Things flow better for some reason and fewer distractions.

Merrell trail runners for pretty much everything from multi-day mtn backpacking trips to road running--also running with forefoot strike.

No social media (except td of course if that counts)

Emailing self even seemingly trivial thoughts that can be used in writing.

Cauliflower "rice" and "potatoes" (not daily but close)

Back with more shite I'm implementing.

Started taking classes on Coursera.

Quit drinking myself to death.

If I could just change my job I'd be good to go.
