Healthy eating and regular exercise.

I've gone from 230 lbs to 175 lbs. At one point I was down to 165 lbs but a recurring knee problem keeps me from running as much as I'd like.

Started the Advocare 24 day challenge, eating better, cut out sodas and stopped worrying about the small stuff. I enjoy life more now.

That's awesome. I am trying to get down from 215-220 to about 195. I look athletic and decent right now but Id like to be smaller.
