In the last 2 years...
Quit smoking (social smoker)
Rarely drink alcohol (good bourbon/blended red wine occasionally)
Weight training and cardio
Did a 3 month juice fast now have 3-4 juices a day plus healthy dinner before 7pm (pan seared tuna steaks tonite with fresh pineapple/mango salsa pulp from juicer)
Drink tons and tons of water

Yoga once a week
no soft drinks
try to break a sweat doing something once a day
