I was once told by a professional scout that recruited Kim Batiste out of St. Amant that the easiest thing to teach a kid is hitting but you can't teach speed. If that is true, we must have the wrong instructor in this position.

One thing for sure. If the hitting coach is the problem there is nothing like losing to correct that issue. Javi goes way before PM.

It has been said, that the hardest thing to do in sports, is hitting in baseball.

So, the easiest thing to teach someone, is the hardest thing to do.

Who would have thought that one?
