I just want to see how he justifies his "outrage" when he supports Roe v. Wade, which the SC affirmed as a "right to privacy" issue.
If he agrees that killing babies (aka abortion) is going to be shielded from government interference by a “right of privacy”, then he should be having no problem with having no impediments to a right of racial association.
Doesn't mean he can't disagree with it on a personal view, but socially, I want to understand how he disassociates the "rights" of the two. He can't.
The “right of association” derives from the First Amendment, the due process clause of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, the “rights reserved” clause of the 10th Amendment, and a simple, basic appeal to freedom.
