Not what he said, but glad you're having fun. He's advocating raising them enough to discourage/prevent people buying the at "retail" and then reselling even higher. Raising them enough to prevent price arbitrage will allow the market to find it's new normal. All the average buyer wants is a predictable supply at a known price; retailers in SELA have not been providing that for several popular calibers, including 22LR.
Why ridicule the man for discussing an obvious problem in the marketplace?
