Pluckers used to have a monopoly on the late night food scene. Now, with Taco Bell and Sonic, there is at least a little variety. I leave out McDonalds because that's not that cool of an idea for post-bar food.

Kolache Kitchen serving late-night breakfast food as of two weeks ago. Throw them in the mix. Rotolo's doesn't get much post-bar action, but the competition is getting stiff
