$1900/yr for $347,000 replacement cost. $180/yr for my umbrella

ETA: It just renewed so I have the specs right here on my desk. I'm not trying to argue, just letting you and the OP know that viable options exist.

I also have ASI with a 1k deductible for hurricanes. I've never had to make a claim though so I can't speak for their service.

My homeowner's is $2,900/year with more property coverage than you plus the $2 million liability coverage. But I do have the 5% hurricane deductible, so there's that.....
