I never said that. I really think that soft drinks frick up the metabolism of most people. Alcohol is empty calories for sure, but much better empty calories than soft drinks. That is my point.

Ounce for ounce, alochol is worse. 12 oz of coke is not as bad as 12 oz of wild turkey
