I read recently that when dem fundraisers mention the kochtopus in their fundraising materials the raise more $$$$. Apparently raising the specter works well for the party. I don't think the commercial aims to change minds, it's to fire the base.

I flipped to a PBS political discussion panel the other day and watched a 30-something guy in black-rimmed glasses and a nice suit talk seriously about the Koch brothers and how important it is to let voters know about them.
PBS is publicly funded?
