Correct, and that place depends on the angler.
For me spinning gear is for finesse: wacky, shakey head, drop shot, etc.
I know a few guys that like to throw spinnerbaits and traps on them though.
To each their own I guess, as long as the bass are getting in the boat, I could care less what combo they are caught on.
