So Aaron Sanchez was hitting on you and instead of posting this on the OT, you decided on the FB because he's a chef and he mentioned opening a new place?

Yes, because he's a chef. Yes, because our conversation involved a new restaurant he's opening.
If I wanted the post to expand on the fact that he might have been hitting on me (which I didn't), then I would've posted it on the OT. If I wanted the post to expand on the fact that he's a chef and was really cool to talk to about food and restaurants, including the new one he's opening with Besh (which I did), then I would choose to post it on the F&DB (which I did).
