Defense is so much about effort and it's just impossible to know if all that can be blamed on the head coach. He can try to motivate till he's blue in the face but the player has to do it himself.
Our guards are small, Mickey needs to add weight, and Jarell took time adjusting after his injury.

Yeah I feel like this team played hard. They just didn't always play smart. I'm not sure it was ever a laziness issue. Just my 2 cents.
