quote: Shannon hoon Would've loved to have seen him. This old hippy type that works for my old man used to follow them around and says he was a hell of a stage presence.
I saw them twice. Once 2 nights before woodstock 94 at the stone pony in asbury park, nj. They played for almost 3 hours and it was pure bliss. Next time i saw them was 2 weeks before he died. Shannons stage presense was mesmerizing. He oozed charisma and completely connected with the audience. Probably the best and most engaging lead singer ive ever seen live.
Add vince welnick and mickey houser to my list, forgot those two.
