it wasn't a bet, it was a promise
he said it. the fan didn't propose and roddy agreed. roddy brought up the "wager" and then backed out of it like a bitch.

It wasn't a bet it was more like an offer. What he said was clear and he didn't ask for anything in return.
I understand that he can't get season tix on the 50 first row, but he needs to give him something of value and stop being a trifling azz ho.
