Today is my first day without dip in several years. Not using anything to help, so we'll see.

GRT.....Several months ago I quit after over 20 years of dipping (2 cans a day). Just decided "frick it" and went cold turkey. Sucked for about 3 or 4 days.....then the whole craving just sort of went away. Now I wonder why I was so addicted to that crap...and getting over it was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be.....
