I know this went several pages when she got arrested. Now the Prosecutor has determined that no crime occurred. Too bad this lady had to get cuffed, stuffed, booked and is out her bond money. Crappy deal.

What baffles me is that the Chief apparently made the call on the arrest and booking. Small town and all but you would think, him being an elected/appointed politician, he would have approached this with some degree of caution. Hell. A phone call to the Prosecutor would have been easy. This was just clown shoes start to finish.
