depends really on the kind of work that you are doing...if you work in a clothing store and need a set of wrenches to use around the place twice per year, then I would say harbor freight is just what you are looking for...if you work at anything remotely close to mecahnic work, then don't even bother with harbor freight, as all you'll have to show after the first day is broken tools and busted knuckles....

harbor freight has the cheapest tools and power tools I have ever seen...if you need disposable shite, that is the place to get it...
