5:00, could have been about 4:50 that race, but I was lapping people and had 2 more races so coach was yelling for me to shut 'er down for the last 250m.

Ended up running a pair of 51 sec 400m that meet too, first meet of the year, would have loved to have been able to go sub 5 min once in my life, and have always been curious how fast my 400m would have been. Broke my ankle the following week and missed the entire season though.
