So glad she got to see 2009. Always feel sad for the generations of faithful whodats who missed it.
It could be worse though. If you are 56 years old or younger and a Detroit lions fan- your team has never been in, muchless won a Super Bowl. They haven't won any playoff game in 23 years.

She was 86 so she lived a good life. Rejoice the good times. Now, I lost my dad last year to renal cancer at the age of 66. Im still bitter because the man never smoked or drank. He was a hard working, healthy man. At least he got a good 8 yrs of retirement to relax and see the saints win it all. Chemical plant life got him in the end. Developed a small cough and fatigue last April and died in July. Right in the beginning stage of building our new home. He never got to step foot in it or see it in person. I kept him updated with pictures though.
