So many players listed ITT we're not underrated at all. If you were all conference, all American, sec POY, or a high draft pock, you were not underrated. For instance, Marcus Thornton was sec POY. Who underrated him? Andy sheets and Lyle mouton were top 5 round picks and major leaguers. His are they underrated. Just to name a few

That's depends on how you define underrated. I view a great player with a large number of critics to be underrated. Other people might view a great player who's forgotten about and not talked about much anymore ala Lyle Mouton.
