Most people don't have a problem with Riverside towing cars out of lots when people park there and walk to other businesses. People have a problem with riverside when they tow people illegally. They tow visitors' cars out of visitor spots at Campus Crossing, they tow customer's cars out of the BWW lot while people are inside eating at BWW or Pita Pit, they stalk people and tow people with expensive electronics that are visible, they tow people from lots they are not authorized to tow from (i.e. LSU lots since those are supposed to be reserved for Guy's Towing), They tow cars with their tags hanging from their rightful spots, ect. At the end of it all, you have to pay in cash to get your car back (even if they towed it illegally) in cash (no pennies). They quote you one price on the phone, but when you arrive, it's a different higher price to get your car back. The police refuse to prosecute when people attempt to file charges for unlawful theft in the case of a wrongful tow. There are multiple class action lawsuits against them, but the BR courts keep delaying them and delaying them indefinitely, hoping they'll just go away. They are TPOS to the core, and there's good reason why they have an F from the better business bureau.

I was towed from a visitor spot. The tapes from their truck disappeared and the fricking apt complex said they had no camera on that spot. Kickbacks... frick the guy that runs that place and that meth head bitch that is at the gate.
