To start, I am not even sure we have the right mix of talent to be a top 30 team regardless of coach.

Having said that, on CJJ:
A) I think it is too early to call him a "great" recruiter... too many people are comparing him to Trent who was a really bad recruiter in this state.
B) CJJ's problems aren't as much X's and O's but that he makes bad/no adjustments and becomes a spectator during games. Deer in headlights. Unless you bring in an assistant who will stand up to call out plays and make substitutions, it won't help much.
