I gave Trent a chance, but after a while you saw the program going down the toilet on a scale I've never seen before. But you saw it going the wrong way. We've got a long way to turn this around. But the difference is, you should be able to see the improvement down the road. We were in some games we would have been blown out of a few years ago. We've got good recruits coming in. There is some expectations being set for the team.

And I wasn't a huge fan of the hire originally. But he's doing a good job of turning the program around. He just needs to work on that game day coaching.

that's the biggest thing too me. If you step back and look critically, things are getting better. albeit slower than we'd all like, but they ARE getting better
