I doubt it...assuming he didn't break in and the daughter let him in.
It will come down to the "fight." If he could somehow prove self defense, then maybe. But something tells me tha's gonna be hard to prove.

That being said, I snuck over to girls houses back in the yaw (invited of course) and part of the thrill was the chance of getting caught.

Why should he have to prove self defense? The guy was in his house without his knowledge.
