Exactly. I lost a friend at the age of 35 to colon cancer. Better to be safe than sorry.
An office visit will give him peace of mind. It should be the first phone call he makes tomorrow morning, even if he thinks it is just hemorrhoids.

Well he already saw a doctor. It's hemmies. The decision is to have the surgery or not

Did he look ill, or just all of a sudden die from colon cancer?
