"It's Your Ship"
This book is required reading for all partners at our firm. It is more of a managerial book, but has some great points in it. The premise is this guy took the shittiest ship in the navy and made it the best. He is well spoken and you don't feel like you're reading some cheesedick book written by a pyramid scheme guy on how to get rich quick. I highly recommend trying it out.
