Spurs tanked and got Duncan
Thunder tanked and got Westbrook (can maybe add Harden to that)
Warriors tanked and got Barnes
Portland tanked and got Aldridge

I could probably list some other teams that were just bad, but those 4 teams definitely tanked to get those players.
