In addition to seeing infrastructure improvements and the institution of a new city government and school system, St. George will feature no tax increases for existing residents. In addition, it will also be crime-free. A study is being commissioned to determine whether St. George actually cures cancer also.

But I have already been totally convinced by TD's resident SG expert, lie debunker, fact-checker, internet daredevil and dealmaker that SG is a proven cause of cancer, rabies, scabies, and the flu, along with various other forms of death and destruction on cataclysmic scales. Not to mention the E-bodi virus.
