In addition to seeing infrastructure improvements and the institution of a new city government and school system, St. George will feature no tax increases for existing residents. In addition, it will also be crime-free. A study is being commissioned to determine whether St. George actually cures cancer also.

Are you ever going to make a case for the quality of ebr public schools vs the local alternatives?

He said "the parish". It's clear he's talking about EBR.

I don't think you need to distort his meaning in order to make an argument...yet you do it. Strange.
