My mom moved out when I was 15...moved back in when I was 18. I moved out a month later.
She moved out again a few months later, so I moved back in to the house.
A 19 year old kid should not have a huge house with a pool in a very secluded area...and no morals.
When I was 22, she wanted to move back in again, and my now wife and I moved out that day and got a place.
Its a small...but it's paid for. So no mortgage for me for at least three years.
You should NOT be living with a parent...but, it IS a smart financial decision if you are saving.
