If you can get on their schedule Russell really is the top guy in the area. As one guy said he isnt' going to take a cheaper lower end job because of how busy he is. Not sure that that is a bad thing. When he starts your pool it isn't going to sit around because he has too many other jobs going. He is going to do what he says and he will do it right.
