I'm sore for 2-3 days after a workout.
What could I do to recover quicker?
NOTE: Steroids and other meat head supplements that make your nuts small aren't an option.
I do drink Whey Protein after workouts.
TIA

Stretch, eat well, hydrate, and rest. There's no secret formula. It's all a process.

Get your protein intake for the day, stay loose and stretch, stop hitting the same muscle groups.
Being sore for 2 days in your shoulders shouldn't matter if you're working out your legs next. Are you giving yourself enough time between workout days to rest?

Drink some BCAAs right after your workout. Yea I know there are probably some in your whey protein, but I drink BCAAs post workouts well

Stretch and do some light jogging after your workout and stretch some more. If you just started working out then there really isn't much you can do until you're in a routine for a while.

Caffeine has been shown to help with soreness.

How old are you?
If I haven't worked out in a while...like months...I'll be sore for 2-3 days after I work out. But after I work out for two weeks, the soreness starts to go away.
I may feel worn out but never overtly sore. Definitely not for more than a day.

Have to move that lactic acid out of your muscles
Cardio is the correct answer

If you can right afterwards, jump into an unheated winter pool. Chill there for 10 minutes. Then stretch after your body warms up. You'll feel much better the day after.
NOTE: Your nuts may shrink temporarily.

Was about to edit my response to include this. Jog at least a mile between workout days.

Consume something with a high amount of glutamate. This essential amino acid aids in recovery.
