For the record, you can park right off of bertrand just by Bertrand in the technical college parking lot.
Just Go down luke until you hit a stop sign, and you have to go straight, or take a left. Take a left on Devulcourt, and go all the way down until you ALMOST hit bertrand, and there's an entrance into the front of the technical college parking lot
