it is absolutely their job to "target" the sports that would be most impacted by a lack of compliance

Lsu compliance is a pain and detrimental to the program, therefore the athletic department, and therefore the school. As shown recently the NCAA is a powerless toothless organization and yet we treat them like the Spanish Inquisition.
