Go look at the jobs numbers for La. and you will see in 2007 the unemployment rate in Dec was 3.7, bu tit jumped to 5.5 in Dec. of 2008, to 6.9 in Dec of 2010, to 7.7 to Dec of 2011. It was at 5.7 in Dec of 2013.
