The test I used to take had all formulas at top. As you took the test you would just look at the given formulas and choose the one that best applied to each problem. The midterm in December only had between 5-8 formulas that could possibly be on it.
The final in May is not cumulative, but there are a lot more formulas that could be on the final. All of the Area formulas, Volume and Surface Area Formulas, Trigonometry ratios, and all of the material dealing with Circles, etc.
