It is just as bad graphically on PCas it does on console.
Yo can mod it with SweetFX but doesn't make it look much better.
Console is a safe choice on graphics but why would anyone want to play a shooter on console over PC. (Unless forced to)

Yeah.... Fallout 3 really suffers from aim assist on a console
