Get frozen meatballs in a slowcooker with BBQ sauce and grape jelly, cook for a few hours. Easy and tasty.

Also Corn Maque Choux is easy and tasty.

where in atlanta can one find boudin?

If you guys are unable to find, it's removed from the casing for the dip anyway, so you could probably prepare something similar yourself.

Sausage stuffed mushrooms

1. Pull stems from white mushrooms
2. Cook some Jimmy Dean's spicy sausage in a skillet, drain well.
3. Stir a small block of cream cheese into the meat until its fully melted (acts as bonding agent)
4. Generously stuff the empty mushroom with this mixture
5. Top with mozzarella cheese for 10 minutes at 350* (mushroom will "sweat" when they are ready)

Spicy cheese straws or cheese cookies if you don't want to make the straw shape.

Mini roast beef poboys. Just make the whole thing and then cut them into "pick up" size.

Spicy deviled eggs.

The store is called Cajun Meat Company. 2207 Upper Roswell Rd, Marietta, GA 30062. Very good business. Owners are a pleasure to deal with. Carry a variety of things that are hard to find outside of Louisiana.
