Some people have been programmed to believe state authority = right, and victims of state authority brought it on themselves. Fairly common.

I saw it and was disgusted.
I think they were trying to be "edgy" or cool, but it really made me weep for society reading some of the responses.

More and more trigger happy cops shooting without hesitation.
They're rolling out the police state on us, and with an army of soulless, doped-up attack dogs.

I don't know if I would go that far.
I think what happened here is lack of training and an unfortunate series of events

She's probably flicking the bean at the thought of it. On paid leave, naturally.

Understatement of the year.

Understatement. Also seems to be happening with some frequency, these "training issues." Maybe it's systematic.

It was disgusting behavior. Wasn't amusing at all. Why they didn't ban the guy that posted that is beyond me.

Think about how long it took for the door to open, the cop to process that the teen "had a gun" and take out her firearm and then discharge it. Seems between opening the door and discharging the firearm she could process it was a fricking Wii remote

“She immediately fired a bullet into the boy’s chest and killed him, The officer gave him ‘no warning’ to drop the controller before taking his life. The 13-year-old sister of Mr. Roupe, who was crying, went to hug and/or comfort her dying brother when the female cop pointed the gun at her and told her to ‘shut up.’”
