West Monroe has sent how many kids to LSU? 2 have gone to Bama...TWO!

Yea, this fanbase is bipolar. Since Dinardo we have probably gotten 95% of the D1 talent out of Monroe and W. Monroe. We lose a couple kids in the last two years to a program whos gone 3/5 in NC's and are coached by a guy who is widely thought of as the best college football coach ever. I think really some of these kids are impressed with Saban and what he has a track record of doing with getting them ready for Sundays. We will always get the lion share of the instate talent we want as long as we remain relevant.

That signing day stat blew my mind. Every 5 star that signed with Bama under Saban has been drafted in the first round. Holy shite that's amazing. Just the sheer luck of them not being injured like Faulk at LSU. Also the high wash out rate in college, for every single one to go in the first is really just ridiculous.
